OFFICE SET-UP
We are providing detailed instructions and correspondence sheets to help you with all issues - from scheduling patients in your new clinic to answering your phone. All information and/or any changes made must be faxed to our office so we can monitor your progress.
ON-HOLD MESSAGES
Patients call your office regularly for many different reasons. While "on hold" your office needs to advertise your services as well as promote your staff. A pleasant, professional message with a music background will minimize your patient's perception of time on hold, while maximizing your advertising. Enclosed is our latest issue of Dr. D's weekly. This will be faxed to your office on a timely manner and will have information regarding billing, coding, marketing, and much, much more.

This is for the Practice Perfect monthly newsletter. This is published by our adept staff to provide you with updates in the industry, billing and coding information as well as birthdays, vacations, upcoming Mastermind Information, etc.
PATIENT CHARTS
You will find enclosed a sample chart to be used for your new records. Multidiscipline centers employ several doctors and include many services. These records have been modeled on these clinics and will be absolutely necessary to maximize your potential while minimizing your errors.
PATIENT EDUCATION PAMPHLETS
Practice Perfect is proud to be the only consulting firm in the USA, providing our clients with multidiscipline patient education pamphlets. These brochures, written by Dr. Dahan, need to be used by your clinic's staff and doctors to educate your patients on alternative complimentary holistic and allopathic care. As a courtesy a sample of each is included with your welcome kit.
PRACTICE PERFECT STATISTICS SHEET
Practice Statistics form must be faxed to our office monthly. This is a very important tool for you and your staff to monitor your clinic. Every three months we will provide you with a statistical graph as well as a personalized analysis from Dr. Dahan. This will help you reach your greatest potential
ACCESS TO PRACTICE PERFECT WEB
You will be given an access code to our personal Practice Perfect members only website. This site provides you with information on billing, coding, and many more miscellaneous topics.
PRACTICE PERFECT CORRESPONDENCE
We will be providing you with sample letters, marketing ideas etc. for your use and review and we encourage all members to view the thousands of other letters and forms we have created through the years.
PRACTICE PERFECT VIDEO
The enclosed video explains in great detail how to use each and every one of Practice Perfect forms. We ask that you watch it with your staff (more than once) and take detailed notes. As you can see, we have provided you with one original of each form - it is extremely important that you fill out all forms properly! Practice Perfect provides you with DVD's and manuals to enhance your training and maximize your potential. Using our training DVD's and webinars will help your staff save time and efforts as well as money by not having to either wait to go to a seminar or even have to physically travel to a seminar.
CALENDARS
Each month all Practice Perfect members will receive a "calendar of the month" filled with directives and organized planning. The purpose is to give you the opportunity to set up a complete infrastructure for the successful development of your clinic protocols.
